Jennifer Owens

Jennifer Owens is on the WASC Commission representing postsecondary education. Jennifer started her career in education at Grossmont Adult in 2005. She taught high school diploma classes as well as high school equivalency preparation for 16 years before becoming Director II of the ESL program and the El Cajon Adult Center in 2022. Jennifer graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Anthropology and with a minor in American Indian Studies. When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends.
